CHARACTERISTICS OF THE GEARED VOLUMETRIC PUMPS
The origin of the geared pumps in the R series goes back to the ’50s to transport non-abrasive viscous liquid in a safe and reliable way. The vacuum generation and transport principle is the typical one of volumetric pumps with engagement of the gears that generate a variation in volume.

CONSTRUCTION
The “R” series geared volumetric process pumps are self-priming and reversible, suitable to transport viscous and non-abrasive liquids. Coupling to the electric motor is achieved by means of an elastic fitting. The unit is mounted on a carbon steel frame. Coaxial revolution reducers and/or manual variators can be used for dosing systems. The pump can be fitted with uni or bidirectional by-pass. Flow rate up to 1000 l/min., Pressures up to 10 Bar, Maximum temperature between 100 and 180°C. Maximum viscosity 700°E. Special solutions (even from bar) should superior performance be required. Preheating liners available.
R-M Solution
The “RM” series is a very compact and economic extended shaft monoblock solution.
Flow rate up to 60 l/min.
Pressures up to 10 Bar.
Maximum temperature 100°C.
Maximum viscosity 50°E.
R-L Solution
The “RL” series is the lantern bracket version coupled with elastic fitting to IEC standardised motor. This solution combines compactness, light weight and the independence of the final user for any operations that may be required on the electric motor.
Flow rate up to 60 l/min.
Pressures up to 10 Bar
Maximum temperature 140°C.
Maximum viscosity 50°E.
